These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, for any dispute not subject to arbitration. If NLH elects, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, under the AAA Commercial Rules, on an individual (non‑class) basis.

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. The “Effective date” above shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
